I have just seen this on TheOffisde
 Referee Sergei Shmolik was helped off the field with back pain while officiating a Belarus league match, but later was shown to be drunk.
 
In TV footage shown Wednesday on Russian television, Shmolik staggered as he was helped off the field at the end of Saturday’s match.

I mentioned yesterday how the premier league chairman want to introduce a panel to review the punishment for a red card.   Now what id like to see is a panel to review situations that arent punished and id even support them using it to upgrade cautions issued by the Referee.
