Yesterday was the IFAB board when the current laws & proposed changes are discussed. There wasn’t a great deal of proposal’s for law changes and none that would directly affect the game, which is good. However the main story from the meeting is that Goal Line Technology is dead in the water at the moment. FIFA have stated that current tests will stop, however they will allow an experiment with two officials behind the goal. How the heck there going to give a decision from there I don’t know.

Nothing seems to be easier than seeing someone whom you can help but not helping.
