Mark Halsey appointed to Community Shield
Mark Halsey has today been anouced as the Referee for the traditional opener of the season the Charity Shield. Joining Mark will be Darren Cann, Martin Yerby & Chris Foy.
This will be the 2nd time Mark has officiated at Wembley after he offiiciated the 1999 play off Final between Man City & Gillingham. He became a Fifa official the year after.
