Ive had my blood pressure test today and passed, thank fully. I hate having this done. This comes from the fact the first year we had to do this I failed first time around after work rang me on the way to the Doctors, hit me with a load of problems and my BP wouldn’t go down.  However no problems today, despite the fact Ive been close to go postal my boss all week but that’s another story.
Anyway, training over the last few weeks hasn’t been as structured as id like. Ive been driving to Kings Lynn and back for a lot of the last 3 weeks (220 mile round trip and nigh on 6hrs of driving each day).  However I have been getting the sessions in but not quite when id like or the sessions id want but I’ve been overall pleased with the state of fitness
Tonight was the first time I had got down the track for about 3 weeks. I wasn’t to sure how well I would do on my practice 12minute run. There was a strong wind down one straight but to be honest it wasn’t a problem and I knocked out 2750 on my own. Which I’m pleased with and would more than take if today was next Sunday.
Ive also received today the new brochure from A&H International for next season.  This mainly focused around the new Umbro Kit (lots of links on this site) and didn’t really include to many new products compared to previous seasons. I have to say that although Official Sports have loosed the contract they’ve probably got a better over all range of Non Kit items.
